Our client is a consumer led, product focused company with an excellent reputation within the Home loans industry. Their growth trajectory has been phenomenal to date which has now created a great opportunity for an experienced Product Manager with strong mortgages background to join their team.
The Opportunity:
The role will have a major focus on supporting the Head of Product to shape the product strategy and also driving the overall mortgage performance to achieve growth and revenue objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Product development and management of the exisiting product suite
Efficiently managing stakeholders and their expectations, both internal and external
Ensuring regulatory guidelines are being adhered to
Market and trends analysis
Portfolio reporting
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience as Product Manager in Home loans/Mortgages and a strong understanding of the regulatory framework
Strong communication skills- both written and verbal
Excellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management experience
Be self-driven and have the ability to work autonomously
