Our client is an industry leader in providing innovative Life Insurance Products to consumers and they are looking for a Product Manager to join their team and look after their retail life insurance portfolio.
The Role
Supporting the Senior Manager, the Product Manager will be responsible for the ongoing management and development of the Retail Life Insurance product portfolio. This role will be working actively on the day-to-day management of the portfolio as well as identifying future opportunities that the company could offer and aligns with the 2020/21 strategy. A key area of focus is the product cross-sell capabilities, member retention targets and revenue is appropriate to the strategic business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure all products are compliant with regulatory and legislative demands
- Perform regular product research and market analysis
- Provide subject matter expertise to key projects as required
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Manage all product changes
To be successful you will have:
- Strong product management and project management experience
- Background in life insurance, direct or retail experience is desirable
- Understanding of regulatory environment and risk management
- Proven skills in communication, influencing and stakeholder management
