The Opportunity
A newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a suite of investment and retirement solutions, including IDPS, IDPS-like, and SMSF access products. This pivotal role will see you leading the continuous improvement, compliance, and strategic enhancement of these offerings-ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer needs.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll drive initiatives that improve efficiency, enhance member experiences, and support the successful delivery of key product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end management and enhancement of IDPS, IDPS-like, and SMSF access solutions.
Oversee the production and maintenance of disclosure documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with evolving regulations.
Partner with Distribution, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Product Development teams to deliver product improvements and ensure business readiness.
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to simplify offerings and optimise operational efficiency.
Support new product launches, training initiatives, and go-to-market readiness.
Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including responsible entities and service providers.
Provide expert support to Distribution by resolving product queries and contributing to RFPs and new business submissions.
Ideal Experience
Strong background in product management within financial services-ideally across IDPS, IDPS-like, or SMSF platforms.
Deep understanding of the legislative and technical frameworks governing investment and superannuation products.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex product concepts into clear business insights.
Proven stakeholder engagement and leadership capability, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with a focus on delivering outcomes.
