Senior Product Marketing Manager - Sydney or Melbourne based
Our client runs a well-established SaaS based business management platform that caters for companies both small and large. They are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join their Enterprise Product Marketing team to help manage the next exciting phase of growth.
Your role
- Working closely with Senior Leadership, act as a mentor to less experienced members of the team
- Be responsible for instilling solid Product Marketing practices and processes into the team
- Define product propositions that deliver value to the customer
- Support the marketing strategy for the Practice segment
- Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Drive product awareness, generate demand and support revenue growth
- Create go-to-market strategies for the products in this portfolio
Skills required
- Previous experience of working in a Product Marketing team is essential
- Ideally have an understanding of complex financial tools in the ERP space
- Ability to present and communicate well
- Must have core product marketing skills - ability to understand pain points and customer needs
- Ability to communicate how products solve problems and explain the benefits that the product brings
- Need to have a clear understanding of Data - a lot of the products are run by insights
- Familiar with analysing metrics to drive market segments
- Conduct competitor analysis and win/loss interviews with customers to gather insights, then act on this feedback
