Job Description

Our client is a consumer led, product focused company with a brand name that people love and trust. They are an Australian brand who is reinventing the mortgages industry. They are looking for a Territory (field) Marketing Specialist to join their passionate marketing team.

The Opportunity

In this permanent, 4 day per week role, you will act as the conduit between the central marketing function and the broker network. You will have the opportunity to champion the brand by presenting current marketing campaigns and initiatives at retail meetings, monthly broker sales meetings, events and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet acquisition targets as set within the lodgment target budget

  • Create a retail and mobile state-based marketing plan targeted to sales territories

  • Lead generation and activation as a result of the campaigns in the marketplace

  • Visit local franchise offices to conduct store visits and ensure offices are on target

  • Induct new franchise offices and conduct a marketing induction and mentoring program

  • Share weekly reporting and key insights for the improvement and development of the marketing campaigns and broker resources and tools

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience as a field marketer and knowledge of a franchise model

  • Superior relationship development and project management skills

  • Be self-motivated and drive to create excellence

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to articulate reporting and analytical results.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Strong presentation skills
