The Company - Our client is one of the industry leaders in life insurance, providing financial security to its clients. Their strategy is shaped by their customer centric approach, and the drive for greater agility and efficiency in their service offering. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to bring on an experienced Marketing & Communications Leader on a permanent basis.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working collaboratively with the broader leadership team, you will be responsible for designing, developing and executing marketing and communication strategies to the adviser network and to superfunds. This opportunity will enable you to lead a small team of marcomm professionals supported by leading processes and systems.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver a new narrative for both the adviser and superfund channel

  • Utilise inhouse martech capability to deliver a differentiated communication experience

  • Deliver campaign and content to enhance member retention and reinforce the benefit of life insurance through super

  • Coach and advise team on best practice and help them manage the prioritisation of initiatives

  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to support the delivery of the organisation's strategic business priorities.

To be successful you will have

  • B2B marcomms experience

  • Experience in program management and customer management and retention

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate current approaches and enhance

  • Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience in deriving actionable insights from research/data to drive business value.
