The Opportunity
Working alongside a team of specialists, you will be responsible for conducting data analysis to derive valuable insights to drive business performance optimisation and improve customer outcomes. You will assist with any technical inquiries around analytics products and provide direction for analytics projects.
Key Accountabilities:
- Creating strategies to improve effectiveness of customer contact and customer experience
- Conducting data science projects from exploration to production
- Articulating complex analytical requirements and findings to a non-technical audience
- Collaborate, assist and present to other business units such as product, marketing, data research and more
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Sound knowledge of data science, data analysis techniques and database management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong SQL or SAS skills and experience dealing with large and complex data sets
- Relevant experience (preferably in the Financial Services sector) in analytical CRM or customer insights, statistical/quantitative analysis, credit risk or remediation analytics
- Experience using reporting tools such as Tableau & Excel
- Strong customer engagement skills
- Proven experience working to deadlines
