The Role
There are currently two amazing opportunities to join the high performing Member Growth division as a Digital UX Designer (Permanent) and Visual Designer (12-month fixed term contract). Positions available in both Sydney and Melbourne.
Key Accountabilities:
- Contributing to the delivery of digital user experience that supports and connects member needs and behaviours with business goals and objectives
- Designing and creating engaging and consistent user interfaces across all digital channels
- Design and produce UX deliverables such as, sketches, scenarios, storyboards, journey maps, wireframes, UI flows, paper prototypes, and interactive prototypes
- Support the facilitation of discovery workshops to extract ideas and requirements from cross functional team and the broader business. Represent the customer needs in prioritisation meetings.
To be successful for the role you will have:
- 5+ years experience working in UX / Design essential
- Understanding of Customer Centred Design - CCD, (or user centred design, human centred design etc) and design thinking methodologies
- Lean UX experience in an agile environment
- Coding experience in HTML/Javascript
