The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Rewards team in the role of Product Manager on a 12-month Fixed contract. The role will manage the BAU programme and be working in a team with a growing remit, the rewards product will have coverage across the bank's portfolio. This role includes owning the commercial KPIs, BAU backlog and the performance of the programme.
Responsibilities
- Working with another Product Manager and Head of Rewards to create the Product roadmap
- Management of Product Marketing delivery and the performance of the Loyalty programme
- Ownership of the commercial KPIs
- Heavy focus on meeting customer needs
To be successful in this role you will have
- Proven Digital Product Management experience
- Rewards/Loyalty experience is NOT a requirement but would be beneficial
- Able to work in an agile environment
- Passion and drive!
