Our client is a consumer led, product focused company with a brand name that people love and trust. They are an Australian brand who is reinventing the mortgages industry. They are looking for an experienced Product Risk Manager with a background in Mortgages to join their motivated, high performing team.
The Opportunity
This exciting Product Risk manager role is a permanent position and will be responsible for delivering regulatory changes across the product suite. This is a critical role within the team and will be working with stakeholders at all levels throughout the business. It would be ideally suited to finance professional who has experience in the consumer lending space and has a good understanding the related product. You will be reporting to a high performing Senior Manager who believes in developing his team and enabling their success whilst allowing them to work autonymously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Risk initiatives within the business across remediation, compliance and regulatory projects.
- Manage the Product Risk roadmap to the across the product team and a range of internal stakeholders
- Lead uptake of initiatives within the business
- Lead the risk change agenda withing the business across the product suite
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Have experience in the consumer lending, ideally mortgages
- Have worked in a product team or as a BA
- Be able to hit he ground running and deliver
- Strong experience dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Be self-motivated and drive to create excellence
