The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the leadership team, reporting to the General Manager, Managed Fund Services. The mission of the role is to drive and deliver high performance in the client management team for the suite of products/services under your wing. The role has a strong people management focus to drive accountability, result and cultural change.
Key Accountabilities:
Leading a team to deliver results to achieve business goals efficiently
Driving and improving business operating environment
Managing and delivering all regulatory, risk and compliance requirements
Representing in committees and boards
Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in leading a team, strong leadership skills
Experience in managed funds/RE services
Strong stakeholders' management and influencing skills
Experience as a Responsible Manager is highly regarded
People centric and results driven mindset
