Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Investment Product Manager to join their team.
The Opportunity
This Senior Product Manager role will be responsible for the ongoing management and development of the company's investment product range, ensuring their product range is managed efficiently and effectively.
Key Accountabilities
Developing and executing key strategic investment initiatives
Managing the investment options and Product menu over the life-cycle
Carrying out ongoing investment governance activities (monitoring, reviews, recommendations)
Working with and maintaining industry contacts with leading investment providers
Reporting to various Boards and committees for approval of investment matters
Commercialisation of strategic investments: Identifying and executing upon opportunities to deliver better customer experiences and best leverage our scale in investment management.
Providing investment expertise to the wider superannuation business, particularly in relation to key investment changes/enhancements and remediation.
To be successful in this role you will have
Demonstrated experience within investment product management with comprehensive knowledge of products, and all legislation/regulations impacting the asset/wealth management industry
Demonstrated knowledge of current market conditions, factors impacting business performance and competitor performance & products
Demonstrated understanding of investment markets, investment asset types, investment product structures
Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strong problem solving expertise, effective decision making;
Tertiary qualified in a relevant business discipline.
