Our client is one of Australia's major players in the wealth management market, looking after the needs of millions of Australians daily and has experienced huge growth over the past 5 years. They are looking to recruit a motivated Senior Product Manager to join their Retirement team.
The Opportunity
This role will be responsible for product design and management of new products and consolidating their existing products. You will be expected to have high levels of engagement with stakeholders and be able to drive a strategy within an innovative environment.
Key Accountabilities
Product development, support product design of retirement products
Identifying market opportunities and delivering appropriate solutions
Day-to-day product management of existing products and legacy products
Be the product lead on regulatory and compliance initiatives
To be successful in this role you will have
End to end product management/product development experience in financial services (ideally retirement/superannuation products)
Strong understanding of the retirement and superannuation landscape, regulatory environment and products
Experience in managing projects
Proven experience in influencing senior stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively with partners
